  If I could stand outside holding a sign that says, DO NOT MOVE HERE, I would! New management is absolutely incompetent and they have no sense of urgency! I've lived in the complex for two years and I didn't start having problems until recently. I called in an EMERGENCY maintenance request on Saturday at 11AM. Today is TUESDAY and my toilet still hasn't been fixed. I've called and gone by the office, still nothing. I will be writing a letter to the owner of the property as well as making phone calls. And I guess, I'll be calling a plumber. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT STAFF

  The management was very professional and helpful thoughout the entire process from the application to moving in. The grounds are clean and I am loving my new apartment. Being that I am new to The state, Circa 400 had everything I required for convenience and comfort including updated apartments, and a fitness center. Plus Its in a great area, close to highways shopping and restaurant's.
