  Stay away. Deadly mold. Water leaks everywhere. Get out. Save yourself and your family. I was in multiple units and both units was riddled with mold. The management refused to repudiate mold and I refused to pay rent. They filed eviction and was embarrassed in court. The judge had to be elementary on Gretchen. She asked, "Did you see this picture?" Gretchen answered, "yes, your honor. " The judge replied, "That's mold. You should be ashamed of yourself as a property manager it is your responsibility to find and repair the mold." It's caused major health problems for me and my 2 teenage sons. From hair loss and skin infection to fungal arthritis. Get out. They have a mold addendum that makes them responsible for remediation mold, but their maintenance crew is unfit to do anything. Gretchen hired an all white indoor staff and 2 black Uncle Tom type boys for maintenance. It took them over 6 months to repair a leak which caused mold growth inside the walls, and 20 days to be willing to repair the mold. If you already live there, sue for your belongings and health. Get an Attorney. Akilah Hyssop or The Mold Firm. Get a mold test from Air Allergen. $518, but worth every penny. You have rights and can be sued for millions. One lady's roof caved in. They gave her $2500 and kicked her out. Unit 1459. Mold mold mold. Get out! Mold is deadly and documented proof of deadly mold is all over the buildings. If you own, sell back to them, and get you money and run. Don't move here. Building should be condemned. You've been warned.
