  Updated : MOLD in our vents!!!! Property management acts as if it's no problem at all and had maintenance come out to spray over the vent closer. She said if I need more done, to have an inspector come out at my expense. No problem! I had a mold inspector that was going to come and do the inspection for free! They just needed her permission, the property manager declined and lied, saying they do not do apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Residents actually throw parties when their lease is up! I added photos as well to warn people before even stopping here! I 've only been here for close to 3 months and the people that work in the office have horrible attitudes. They charged me for a valet trash pick up that I never received equipment for or signed in the lease agreement (missing file). Now they are threatening me for a late fee because I'm not able to pay my bill online bc of the fee. I don't care to go I to the office because of the negative atmosphere created. It's hard to get in touch with anyone over the manager. If they could get new management, things would be a lot better.
