- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Karen Wowk shouldn't be allowed to work in office. The worst customer service experience EVER. She is only ther to collect comission. God forbid she reminds you your policy has missing documents. She will call you the day before the policy cancels instead of the 2 weeks your policy has been active, makes you jump hoops to get her the papers then says she never received them. If you are looking for the worst attitude anyone can have on the phone ask for her. Such a shame ABT was actually pretty good for the past year I had them.
