  I'll admit that sometimes it takes a while, however, when you see the level of service they provide and the care they put into ensuring it's done right, you don't mind. I just makes plans to spend a few hours there or go somewhere else. They are honest and straight to the point. Their service managers are friendly and helpful. You tell them the problem, they let you know what can be done, and if they can't they'll suggest the next best options. I appreciate that on top of the pleasant atmosphere, stellar coffee/water and wi-fi while you wait. Also special thanks to Marion who is always so pleasant and no matter the million and one questions/concerns I may had/have about my old and now my new car, he always answers with, "We'll get you taken care of."
