  The location of the complex is great, right off 85 and 285. And the inside of the actual apartment itself is nice. It seems the turn over rate with the office staff is quite high and may be the cause of the disorder... There have been times i enter the leasing office and no one will even greet you. This is supposed to be a gated community but the gates are broken more often than they work. There is trash on the grounds, animal waste, and dirty breezeways.. There are a lot of newer complexes being built in the area with a lot more amenities for close to the same price. There have been some upgrades made since the new management company has taken over but simple maintenance and keeping the property clean can go a long way to keeping current residents from looking elsewhere
