  The entire front office staff as well as the maintenance staff are quite friendly in my experience. They do everything they can to make you feel at home and to take care of any specials needs or requests. They always have a smile for me when I come to collect my packages.

  Just moved out after two years here, and I can tell you it’s simply not worth it. The building is old so there are constant issues. Public spaces in the complex feel grungy and damp, and many people have dogs (even large ones!) and don’t clean up after them. Management is difficult to work with, and the system for package deliveries is so inconvenient and frustrating that I had deliveries sent to work instead. (I made this decision after a package was lost and the leasing office wouldn’t take responsibility, even though FedEx tracking showed that someone in the office signed to accept my package delivery. The office manager refused to even apologize.) They have pest control, but you will still see bugs... and the roaches are quite large when you find them. Bottom line is that you can find newer buildings in Buckhead that are in much better shape with comparable rent.
