- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been renting an office space here in the 2302 Parklake building for 8months. They promise you wifi but wifi does not work and the building does not have cable outlets for you to get your own wifi. You have to get a hotspot service to be able to do any work here. For the amount of rent you pay for a small office space, it is ridiculous that they don't provide free high speed internet for their tenants. Your property manager will also not respond to your emails and calls go the voicemail. So you basically have to drive up to the office anytime you have an issue. I'm really disappointed with this management company and want out of this lease asap.By Sam Norton, December 29, 2017
