  I have been with this particular bank for over 7 years. This bank is at its lowest point of customer service ever. Phone calls go unanswered, drive through are almost always out of service, never enough tellers, and definitely never enough Bankers to assist!!! As a business owner you always want to be able to go to your bank and be in out. It makes me feel like I am requesting the moon anytime I go in there for the simplest transaction. It might be time to switch banks.

  EVERY time I go through the drive thru, the wait is ridiculously long. Even when I am the ONLY car there, I wait at least 5 full minutes or longer for them to even greet me and then after they finally acknowledge me and start my transaction (which is always a simple payment to my credit card), the wait is ENTIRELY too long--sometimes up to 10 minutes!!! I do always ask why it took so long and of course they give me some lame excuse saying that the lobby is full of people. That may be true, but they should get more tellers to take care of drive thrus and wait should not be that long at all. I opened a Chase account after getting good customer service from another location but this location is the worst and are horrible representatives of Chase.
