  I have lived here for almost two years. Don't let management sugarcoat it for you, crime is happening all around the complex. Just in the last 4 months at my building and its surrounding two buildings, we have had a peeping tom, MY car was stolen from a well lit area of the parking lot, and multiple cars have been broken into. When I went to the office to tell them they needed to make other tenants more aware of such incidences, I was told that our safety is a personal issue and they don't guarantee anything. While I know they do not guarantee anything, they should be more concerned about the safety of their residents. The reaction I received was cold and unsympathetic. Quite frankly her tone was nothing but attitude and abrasive. Nothing has been done in order to make residents more secure and they are not being transparent. Hopefully more people will feel the need to be as transparent as I am about the security situation in this complex. There is constant turn over of employees in the office, new employees probably aren't even aware of the constant crime that has been happening around here. The complex felt safe for the first year I lived here, but that has declined dramatically. P.S. - There are also rats... However, after having my car stolen, that is the least of my worries.
