  If I could give them negative stars I would. I stayed at one of their properties located in East Point, GA. They were absolutely the worst landlords I have ever had. We dealt with rodent issues, structural issues with the house, and a mildew problem that they were never responsive to. My wife and I were living here when our first child was born so keep in mind we had to endure all of these issues with a newborn in the house. When it came time to return our security deposit, they found a way to keep 95% of our money by charging excessive cleaning and lawn care fees despite the conditions we had to live under for over 6 months! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! They will do whatever is in their power to take your money without offering any shred of customer service or tenant support in return. Here is a breakdown of how they handled all of the issues we had to deal with over the time we stayed at their property: They sent an exterminator for a Rat and some Mice that got in the house, but they didn't do anything about the Raccoon living in the attic because it didn't cause any immediate damage to the house. There was a hole in the roof that caused one of the walls in our living room to peel and split from the sheet rock. They repaired the hole in the roof but didn't do anything to repair the wall in the living room. Their response to our issues with the mildew in the bathroom was for us (the tenant) to purchase a plastic sheet to cover up the wall while we took a shower instead of sending a repairman to the house to remove the mildew and repair the shower. After we moved out, he said he was shocked to see the condition the house was in, even though we told him on multiple occasions the issues we were dealing with months prior to moving out. All of the information in this post is evidence of how negligent they are as landlords and as a company. Before you move into one of their properties, do yourself a favor and keep your money. I wish we would have never been one of their tenants.

  Todd rented and managed my property for several years and later helped me sell it. He did all of this while I was living in a different city. I would highly recommend his services.
