- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was a student here at English Language Institute (ELI) for approximately 8 months. Although most teachers were good, it depends on which level you are in. I rated this school one star because my experience with the management was really terrible. Unfortunately, the management doesn't take the student's circumstances in consideration. Therefore, they don't cooperate with students. Even though ELI tuition at Mercer is incredibly high, students will not get what they paid for. For example, many classes are not provided with projectors which are crucial in teaching nowadays. After I left Mercer ELI, I transferred to another English school that was better than Mercer ELI in many ways.By Aqeel Alalwan, December 17, 2017
