- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been without hot water in the shower since December 8th (almost 1month). Gates broken for months, one was fixed for the other to be broken. No manager since Woodward management took over November 11th. They just let this place go. Currently have a leak, wonder how long for them to fix it. Even the regional manager knows about me not having hot water in the shower. Lived here since 2012. I would not recommend to anyone. It could be great based on location if it was run by honest, classy people. Very disappointed and looking forward to my lease ending.By Virginia Chaves, January 20, 2018
