- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If a review was written a year ago stating this is not a bank branch do not drive here, why have they not updated their Google account to reflect as such. I have wasted my time and money trying to get to this bank. They OBVIOUSLY do not want my money for my car note. I would gladly refinance my vehicle with a different bank just to get away from Bank of Ozarks. Their customer service is at a 0. Even the security guard at the office building told me that people constantly ask him what floor this bank is on and he has to tell them the closest ACTUAL bank is over 30 min away. WTH. After I JUST paid for parking to come here. Obviously customer service is not a priority. And their banking website is a joke. They need to step up their gameBy Robyn Conell, August 22, 2017
