  Great move in experience. Quick responses from assistant manager and maintenance. Great price for the sq ft you get compared to other apartments in the area. Buildings are old, so the units look better on the inside than they do on the outside. Safe area. Community is not gated. HOWEVER... within a month of living here I’ve had my neighbor knock on my door at 1am complaining my boyfriend and I were TALKING too loud. Being that I’m a first time apartment renter, I don’t appreciate having someone knocking on my door to complain about something petty like that. If i was having a party, some people over, had loud dogs then I could understand. BUT being that I have no animals, I there’s no reason why anyone should come to my door complaining over a conversation being held in my bedroom. News flash to apartment renters... noise is something we all have to compromise! Unless a party or super loud music is being played, deal with it!!!!!!
