  Have lived all over Atlanta and Station R is EASILY my favorite place to call home. Love the staff. Everyone is super personable. They greet me using my first name every time and I absolutely love that. Love the amenities and how clean the grounds are kept. Love the location. Walking distance to Krog, Piedmont, L5P, the list goes on. Before moving here, I actually checked out 10 other apartment complexes all over Atlanta, Station R was my last stop and the rest is history. Just so you know, Station R did not ask me to write a review. I do not gain anything from this but am hopeful that I can influence you enough to come check this awesome place out!!

  I have been living at Station R for 7 months and I have really enjoyed my stay here. However, I have been disappointed after Station R changed managements to Alliance. I understand that going through a change is a long process, but the lack of communication has been difficult for me and my roommate. All of our information did not transfer through from the previous management, so we never got notices on packages, rent, or community. For instance, I had a package that I was unaware about waiting for me in the package lockers. They never bothered to call or email me for over a month and decided to walk-in my unit and drop it off without prior notice. We can go into detail about lease terms but my point stands at the lack of communication. I also agree with a reviewer about having to pester the staff to fix any our issues. Last time I asked for help, a sales associate was giving me serious attitude. I really wanted to renew my lease here but I honestly rather find a place that has a more professional staff.
