Avoid this branch! Likely the worst location I've experienced. "Keisha" was not only rudely rushed with an empty bank, but has poor customer service skills as well. Not friendly with questions. I wasn't aware banks called account holders to verify checks. I'm aware fraud happens but it's no fault of the account holders, so why trouble them. SunTrust, perhaps have more sophisticated security measures than rude young people with no social grooming. I'll deposit my SunTrust checks in the future. At least she didn't offer to open a new account. I prefer the kind folks art Wells Fargo, Chase and Fidelity. Real financial institutions.
