  Absolutely the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. At the beginning of the year, we put in an application for a new policy (per a letter they sent saying we had to do this if we wanted to pick our own plan, the were eliminating the plan we were on and were going to pick one for us automatically). We did as they asked, put in an application for the plan of our choice before the deadline. We also put it in without my wife on it as she had a plan with another provider this year. They started our new plan and billed us for BOTH plans for a couple months, then cancelled the NEW plan (that we had applied for this year) and put us back on our old plan, effectively putting my wife back on our policy. Now after fighting with them they are refusing to return the money they stole by cancelling the plan I requested and putting us on the old, more expensive plan that also has my Wife on it. A bunch of crooks. I will be reporting them to the BBB and filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner if they don't give me the money they stole from me.

  This is the worst insurance I ever had in my life. My co payments were $50.00 and up. $50.00 for every doctors visit and my medication were over $50.00 for generic. Do not look, do not walk but FREAKEN RUN AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!! THANK GOD, I AM AT A JOB WITH REAL INSURANCE.
